We generate personalized Korean Saju readings online based on the information you provide, including your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.

By using the Service, you agree to the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.

1.1 Payment and Contact Information

The following information may be collected during the payment process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Country and payment-related information
  • Order and purchase history
  • Refund and payment-related records

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment service provider. We do not directly store sensitive payment details such as your full credit card number or card security code.

1.2 Information Needed to Generate Saju Readings

To generate a personalized Saju reading, we may request the following information:

  • Date of birth
  • Time of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Country or city of birth
  • Other input needed for the Saju calculation

This information is used solely to calculate and generate the personalized Saju reading you request.

Free-reading profiles are stored in your browser. When you start checkout, we also store your birth profile with a private purchase session to restore your purchased reading. Unpaid sessions expire after 30 days. Paid profiles and purchase access remain stored to provide ongoing access. Your private recovery link grants access to this profile and reading; keep it confidential. Recovery links are not automatically emailed.

1.3 Service Usage Information

The following information may be collected automatically for the operation and security of the Service:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Operating system and device information
  • Time of use and access logs
  • Error and performance information
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies

We may use this information for service security, error resolution, performance improvement, and general operation of the Service.

Your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth are used to generate your personalized Saju reading.

This information may be transmitted to our servers or to the technical service providers we use during the Saju calculation and reading generation process.

We do not require you to provide personal information that is not necessary to generate your Saju reading.

We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal information unrelated to the generation of your Saju reading while using the Service.

4. AI and Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate the Service.

These providers may include:

  • Payment and e-commerce service providers
  • AI and content generation service providers
  • Cloud and database providers
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers

When a service provider processes personal information, such processing is carried out only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Where AI technology is used to generate a Saju reading, the input needed to generate the reading may be sent to the relevant AI service provider.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

5. Payment Information

Payments for the Service may be processed through a third-party payment and e-commerce service provider such as Dodo Payments.

During payment, the provider may directly handle your payment information. We do not directly store sensitive payment details such as your full credit card number.

Records of orders, payments, refunds, and related transactions may be retained for as long as necessary for service operation, customer support, accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

6. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

As a rule, we do not sell or rent your personal information.

However, we may share or provide access to personal information with third parties in the following cases:

  • When necessary to provide the service you requested
  • When necessary for payment and order processing
  • When service providers such as AI, hosting, data storage, and email need it to perform the Service
  • When required by law or legal process

Where the Service does not store readings for an extended period, the related birth information may be deleted after the time needed to generate and deliver the reading.

If you request deletion of your personal information or generated readings, you may request deletion of everything except information that must be retained under applicable law.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for login, payment, security, service operation, and performance improvement.

We may also use third-party analytics services to understand how the Service is used and to improve its performance and stability.

We do not sell your personal information for the purpose of cross-site behavioral advertising.
